Executive Assistant to the CEO
As an Executive Assistant, you will become the CEO's right hand and representative within a well-known, international organisation in a global industry, close to Graz in East Styria. You will be involved in all of the most important processes in the company and will organise and attend Board and Strategy Meetings, taking a pro-active role in the CEO's working day. Your job includes multiple roles such as administrative organiser, travel manager, event planner, ghostwriter, account manager and company’s representative. You will get to know and work with key executives in the organisation, visit foreign sites of the company and support and accompany the Executive Board throughout their varying tasks.
This is a role for ambitious professionals, seeking a position which will allow them to work independently, and qualifying them for a path to senior management in the best organisations.
Your salary will correspond your formal qualifications and relevant professional experience, starting from at least Euro 3.600,00 gross per month.
- Organising, planning and recording meeting minutes for management, board, and client meetings, client dinners, events, etc.
- Managing the CEO’s business travel, organising itinerary, travel documents, etc.
- Designing and drafting documents, business correspondence, presentations, etc. in English and German
- Handling and prioritizing CEO’s e-mails and correspondence
- Attending to clients and other top-level visitors in English and German
- Organising the CEO’s office, managing documents and archiving systems, etc.

Your well-structured and organised, yet flexible working style enables you to manage multiple agendas, while remaining discreet and calm. With your warm, open and attentive personality you establish an excellent rapport with people from client’s top executives to colleagues and subordinates. Your qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of a relevant professional experience, proficiency in English and German and excellency in working with MS Office and digital office tools.
